Very upset. I applied for debt consolidation loan because I'm in a small pickle. I just want one payment a month to pay off credit cards. I specifically asked what they look for when approving or denying. (Before I applied) Keep in mind, my credit is fair no collections no late payments nothing. Just about 13,000 worth of credit cards/another loan, nothing has ever been late. I was denied and the reason I was told was because I have debt. Duh. This is a debt consolidation loan. Call this branch after another branch was rude to me. They were rude and impatient as well. Very disappointed. I will be changing banks soon.
