Unsatisfactory amount of time spent in drive thru due to only one employee being present in the entire building.
Considering closing my accounts as soon as possible. Usually my payroll is released a day early. However, My bonus check has been pending since early Tuesday morning. After calling the customer service line Wednesday afternoon I was told they stop batching deposits at 3:30pm so my funds won’t release until expected date on file even though they confirmed my employer sent my payroll file over Tuesday morning.
