Open 9 - 4? Only open 7 hours (including lunch). Everybody knows if they were open til 5, they would be super busy. The least they could do is open @ 7am, but again this would require more work. I think local gov't should mandate it

I'm along time city of Memphis credit Union member.i wanted to say some of the branches give better service then others locations do. I do have my favorite branches I try to go to because I no they are going to deliver great service and go the extra mile and they allways make you feel at home when you walk in the door.i think Ms.J Baker go above and beyond the call of duty to take off my family and me.and as well as my.flowers and Ms.L Murphy and mr.swain trys to help me with issues and problems as well but he stays very tyi... read more
Can’t even apply for an auto loan in person. Ridiculous, I just wanted a human to help me. Told me to fill out an apple in the kiosk and they call me or I can do it from home.
