Filed a fraud dispute for a unauthorized charge on my account on September 18th I called to check on status of disputed because I have not received or heard anything from credit union. I was told that it had not been filed because I had to try and get money back from company myself. I left a message for the CEO of City of Memphis employee credit union whom later called me back I was told by him Ken Swann that the credit union has 6 months to investigate dispute and that I had to make a deposit to cover fraud charges which I ... read more
