I was a nursing student here for a day and the lack of training and knowledge from staff was utterly astounding and disgraceful. Cannot believe this place hasn’t been shut down yet. And there are THREE houses run by Memory Lane. Residents who are bed bound hardly get turned, their bed baths are subpar at best, and again, the lack of training from staff was remarkable. Truly a horrible and gross establishment that needs to get shut down.

Our family is so pleased that we found this wonderful home for my wife and our grandkids’ Nana. The staff are all absolute gems who are so well trained and so passionately loving and caring with the residents. Memory Lane specializes in caring for all the various forms of dementia by providing for the individual needs of each of the resident’s special needs. With only six residents in each home the ratio of caregivers to those living there is so much better than in the larger corporate “memory care“ facilities. The founder, ... read more
