Exelente servicio al paciente De todo el personal En cuanto entra te reciben con una gran amabilidad y una sonrisa el tiempo de espera no es mas de 5 o si mucho 10 minutos ya en el cuarto es igual la espera enfermeras y doctores muy atentos y te dan gran información no te vas con dudas por qué todo te responden Estoy encantada con su gran profesionalismo De antemano les agradezco de corazón!
Ugh. Just a massive waste of time. Don't come here. I'm sure there are places with nutritionists who can actually give advice tailored to you, BUT THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM. When I got in to see the nurse practitioner, she didn't ask me any questions about my goals or my food habits. She just gave me the same generic diet advice she gives everyone, and it was all stuff I can find online. Oh, I should cut out carbs and sugary food? Wow. I like my lady but the lady in the front desk was abit rude with you and that she just want you to reschedule which I can understand since today of all days seemed "busy" but that wasn't the problem. just she was wearing black glasses I think and long black hair and I feel like we didn't need to reschedule at all since my lady would of took me if she was there.
We waited a few months for an appointment scheduled for today January, 17th, 2023 @ 10:45am. My mom was advised to be there 30 minutes early. We showed up 15 minutes early, paperwork filled out and were told upon arrival without kindness that we needed to reschedule because Dr. Livingston had a meeting? Which basically means there was no time for her to honor the appointment. I am very excited to be experiencing this journey of my life with the Memorial Team! Since day one they have made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend anyone considering bariatric surgery to call Memorial Weight loss. The team here is like a family, from the moment you walk in the door.
