Do not go to this facility or your loved one. They appear clean at first. They are not. My parent was terribly mistreated at this facility. There is an LVN Charles. He is rudest most uncaring lazy person should not be there. He does not communicate and will ignore the patients cries for help as well as the family or anyone who tries ask him any questions. This is a very horrible place please don't send your love ones there. I wouldn't send a pet there. The nurses are unprofessional.
During my stay all of the staff, especially my nurses were very professional and courteous. Always with a smile no matter how their day may have been going. Under the circumstances it was a pleasant stay!
Not a good place the staff doesn't act like the want to help the patients
