I tore my ACL back in July, had surgery, and have been doing PT ever since. My team, Lauren, Fabi, Isaiah, and Manny have all gone above and beyond for me. They really take the time to get to know you, not just with your recovery but as a person too. The whole staff is encouraging and brings such a positive vibe. The facility’s solid, and the people make the experience even better.

This place has been awesome for my daughter, however the front staff on 9/15/25 were very unprofessional. Daughter checked in and waited 25 minutes before I had to get up and ask how much longer at which time they said…oh you can go on back. This also happened to the gentleman seated next to us. They were too busy roasting other employees where other people could hear, to attend to the people that were there.

I stopped going here after the 3rd visit because I did not feel like I was getting thoughtful care. I had a severe back injury postpartum that led to surgery and turned my world upside. Still in pain and obviously traumatized, this was where I started PT. I was understandably scared of reinjury. My therapist seemed to have no true understanding for my fear in diving back into heaving lifting / bending / twisting. This place is magical. A positive and uplifting environment with the latest and greatest equipment. Outstanding PTs (most have their Doctorate) and front desk staff. Lilly and Lauren have done wonders for my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery in January! I truly have enjoyed my time here!
