I have been seeing Dr. Owens for my workers comp case for a year. I have never had any problems or issues with any of the nurses and receptionists. The staff that work in the office are knowledgeable if I have any questions and have advocated for me several times with my adjuster.

Dr.Owens spoke to me as if I was a child. Porchia the MA also was not kind. I had no choice but to bring my one year old child with me but the way they talked to my baby with such aggression and myself was 100% unacceptable. I wanted to cry during and after my appointment!! They had no patience for me not being able to do certain tests and for my baby being a baby. I really wanted to like this doctor's office but... I'm at a loss for words. I've had to call multiple times with little to no help in return. I've had to call almost everyday just to get lied to by Porchia Pinder multiple times. I wish she would just be honest instead of rushing to get me off the phone. I don't like wasting my time calling the office all day because she doesn't want to do her job. Just be honest. I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time for them to see me and it probably would have been longer if I hadn’t went to the window and said something. Once in the back the nurse or CMA whatever she was threw my drivers license on the counter. They were so rude and customer service was trash.
