I have been seeing Dr. Owens for my workers comp case for a year. I have never had any problems or issues with any of the nurses and receptionists. The staff that work in the office are knowledgeable if I have any questions and have advocated for me several times with my adjuster.
Dr.Owens spoke to me as if I was a child. Porchia the MA also was not kind. I had no choice but to bring my one year old child with me but the way they talked to my baby with such aggression and myself was 100% unacceptable. I wanted to cry during and after my appointment!! They had no patience for me not being able to do certain tests and for my baby being a baby.
