the absolute worst customer service ever experienced. good luck trying to get an employee on the phone.
At one point in time it was a pleasure to do business with this credit union. I'm not sure what happened but the customer is absolutely horrible now. I recently applied for an auto loan which I've always used them for, and no one bothered to get back with me. After almost 2 weeks I started to contact them and was given the run around. I left messages and no one ever bothered to get back with me.
