Jaseth Jamie Has been amazing! She was really helpful, patient and knowledgeable during my Auto loan with memorial. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very supportive during the process.
At first I was ready to write a bad review because I was given misinformation by the teller to wait for a call from the car loan rep within 48-72 hours. I waited 5 days and finally called myself. When Pamela Cook answered I was blown away because she already started mentioning numbers without ever speaking to me. I overreacted at first but she was so professional.
