At first I was ready to write a bad review because I was given misinformation by the teller to wait for a call from the car loan rep within 48-72 hours. I waited 5 days and finally called myself. When Pamela Cook answered I was blown away because she already started mentioning numbers without ever speaking to me. I overreacted at first but she was so professional. the absolute worst customer service ever experienced. good luck trying to get an employee on the phone.
At one point in time it was a pleasure to do business with this credit union. I'm not sure what happened but the customer is absolutely horrible now. I recently applied for an auto loan which I've always used them for, and no one bothered to get back with me. After almost 2 weeks I started to contact them and was given the run around. I left messages and no one ever bothered to get back with me.
