Really caring staff
Pt,social worker and activities director were great. Most nursing was good.
Charles L. Nurse is the absolute worst medical professional I have ever encountered. Very rude and unprofessional it really makes you question the quality of the entire facility. Will definitely be taking my mom out of there immediately.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this facility. The level of care and professionalism was extremely poor, and it felt like the well-being of patients was not a priority at all. Communication was lacking, concerns were ignored, and the overall environment felt unsafe and neglectful. If you truly love your loved one, I strongly advise you not to bring them to this facility.
