The WORST environment in healthcare I have ever visited. They outright lied about paperwork from my doctor that I personally brought back to them, saying it was blank. My company will not be using their services for DOT physicals ever again. My doctor actually said not to use them, and has recommended another facility.
I went for TB and drug screen. Didnt wait long and staff were very friendly to me.
I do not have negative thoughts or feedback about the people working here. In fact each staff member was very kind and helpful and kept a good attitude and demeanor even while being severely short handed. This rating is towards Beacon itself. Two stars only because of the staff you do have on hand. I waited for two hours to get in for a 10 minute appointment. The onus is on Beacon. Worst place ever to get a drug test done wait time extremely to long ain’t no way
Incredibly SLOWWW. I waited for 3hrs for a simple chest x-ray. Ridiculous.
