Poor Customer Service. The Very Store Operator Closed -Locked His Doors After I Pulled Up Into The Reserved Parking MemFish Customers Only. 12:28 This Afternoon I Just Happened To Pull Up And See The Owner Speaking With A Customer Outside The Shop(appeared to be Convo, laughs). As I Pulled Up They Where Wrapping Up The Convo, However The Manager Made Eye Contact, Went In His Store, And Locked The Door. The Very Man That I’ve Supported Since Taking Over Did That. Rude, Disrespectful, And Ridiculous.
Some of the fish had ick. Seeing as how they use the same net and basket to get fish, gave me a very uneasy feeling and I chose to walk away. I watched as some chick customer told worker dude and he lied to her... Trust me they did...
Terrible service, attitude & bro’s a “know it all” killed my entire tank because the fish he sold me got stuck in my filter after a cycle. Bro is a good conman terrible salesman. Brought my entire family too to learn about the experience, only shop at main drain aquatics over this shop.

I bought a 65 gallon tank with everything that I needed. The top to the tank along with the lights weren’t in stock when I purchased everything. I paid for them though and every time I went to the store to pick it up, there was another excuse. It’s been 2 months and I still don’t have lights. I’ve been to the store 3 times and they’ve taken my name and phone number, told me it will be in later that day and they’ll call me. Never happened. DO NOT SELL SICK FISH AND THEN NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! LESS THAN 12 HOURS AND 2 10.00 TO 20.00 FISH HAVE ICH... AND YES EVERY STORE GUARANTEES FOR AT LESS 7 DAYS!!!! MINE DIDN'T MAKE IT 12 HOURS!!!!! NOT TO MENTION A BRAND NEW 55 GALLON TANK THAT NOW HAS ICH FOREVER!!!! THAT EXPENSIVE TANK IS NOW WORTHLESS UNLESS I TAKE MY FISH THAT ARE LEFT OUT AND DRY IT OUT AND LOSE EVERYTHING IN IT. MORE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET!!!!!! THANKS A LOT MEMFISH!!!
