Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a bank
Have been a member of MemberSource CU for 20 years. Wonderful service, very welcoming and professional. Brought a nephew here for his first car loan. I recommend the Credit Union to everyone for all banking and lending.
Shrunda Ervin in the Loan department recently assisted me with my recent loan and was just incredible. I have also dealt with Diane Spears in the past for many many Years and have always been treated like royalty. My experience is just incredible.
