I had a membership opened back in April 2024 and it was closed without the credit union informing me the reason why. They still haven't refunded me my $25.00 that was used to open up the acct!
This is the worst credit union I have ever been associated with. It's almont as if it's not a real banking institution. I have been with Members First, when it was Fidelity Credit Union , which was a way better credit union I wish they never merged with Members First. I believe the merge took place back in 2015/2016 and it's been a told nightmare for me since. I've heard great stories about Delta Credit Union and Navy Federal Credit Union from family members.
