This bank has been nothing but unprofessional! No matter what type of concern I have they have not been able to help one time! They are not very well trained at their jobs! Or they just don’t train!
Very unprofessional. The CEO, Lori, told me I was not welcome back on the premises due to a disagreement in which I asked her not to raise her voice but she continued to do so. The lady is crazy. I was not allowed back on premises because I was resigning, and I asked to close my bank account that I was unwillingly forced to open with Members Choice. She told me I could not access my full funds without paying a $25 account closing fee (for an account I did not even ask for!). I was banned from the premises and then 20 minutes... read more
