I can't express enough my gratitude for Amy Proctor at the Traer location!! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I take our first step in increasing our credit. She saved us money by getting my car refinanced, and she was able to get us a checking account. We are trying to get things in order to buy a house, and she's doing everything she can to get us there. Oh my! Members 1st went above and beyond with our loan process! A million calls from me, emails and endless questions, and they never seemed upset. It was like they were holding our hand the whole way, explaining everything! HIGHLY recommend them for everything! Amy P. Rocks!
