I went in to cash a check from a member of this bank. It was a large check. I understood them calling the owner of the check after verifying the funds were available. I understood them asking for my drivers license. However, the girl looked at me, and treated me like I was doing something shady. They also wanted my Social Security number and where I worked. Would never bank here. They closed my account due to inactivity and took all of the balance as "dormant fees". They claim they sent a letter which I did not receive. Also no email, text, phone call. They had all my information but "do not have time to contact people". BS.
