My review is not quite as scathing as the individual above me, but I am plenty frustrated at the many times I attempt to log in to my accounts, and I am forever getting the message: "Oops, this website cannot be found." I have attempted to get to the site a half dozen ways from Sunday, with still no luck. It is very frustrating when you need to get into your bank, and you cannot. As a member of mpcu for over 3 years i feel the need that i have the right to speak out and let everyone know how horrible this credit union is. They have the worst tellers working that have no idea what they are doing, the loan officers have attitudes as if they are better than everyone else and the vice president is a complete jerk! They say that the members are supposed to be the voice of the credit union and your opinion matters so much well if you want my opinion dont waste your time here!
