This has to be the single worst banking experience I've ever had, do not under any circumstance get an auto loan here. The website is regularly down and will occasionally not process payments and the autopay did not work once when I set it up. every single loan officer I talked too was beyond rude, they will not call or email if there is an issue with the account and there will be issues. I've had better customer service from government back student loans then anything I received from these people.
Alan, was incredibly personable, professional, and helpful! He got us processed as new member quick and easy. We would definitely love to work with him in the future.
