I left USAA of 13 yrs because Members First offered quite the perks or so I thought. After 2 yrs of banking with Members First Credit Union and how they handle business I wouldn't recommend this Credit Union to anyone. Their perks are just gimmicks to suck people in. Don't fall for it! If you want accurate pay dates and stability in when your check arrives Don't Trust Member First with your Financials. The staff is always in a great mood! They are willing to express empathy and actually help with any problem you may have! I literally live 40 minutes away from this place, but it’s well worth it to experience such great professionalism!
