The people are very nice and very helpful! I would highly recommend them!
If I could give a 0 star review I would. I left my bank USAA of 13 yrs because MFCU offered something different. Little did I know it was a lure. Shame on you for locking a disabled Veterans account. What good is online banking if your going to lock the account. Anyways your policy changes like the wind. Much better places to bank with than this place. Dont let them fool you like they did me. Disgusting. One agent accused me of threatening her after saying: "your bank can lose ratings like CNN for all I care."

Kathleen has helped me immensely with financial counseling, and I am at a point where I feel confident in my finances.
