I left USAA of 13 yrs because Members First offered quite the perks or so I thought. After 2 yrs of banking with Members First Credit Union and how they handle business I wouldn't recommend this Credit Union to anyone. Their perks are just gimmicks to suck people in. The staff is always in a great mood! They are willing to express empathy and actually help with any problem you may have! I literally live 40 minutes away from this place, but it’s well worth it to experience such great professionalism!
