I FOUND A W QUARTER IN COIN ROLL HUNTING
So, I'm not shy when it comes to providing negative feedback online, and I'm really confused about the rating on here? I've been with this office twice, once as a teen with a savings account, and now as an adult with a joint account I share with my fiance. I've never once had any unforgivable issues with them, in getting my paperwork, any account updates, expensive loan approvals, so on. Avoid!!! Especially with a business account. They're a joke and deserve every negative review they get. Can't cash checks now because of a new "federal regulation" which I've done the last 5 years. Had no problem cashing the SAME check at my other 2 banks which I just became a member of this year. Done with this joke of an institution, if you can even call it that. More like a circus where anything goes if the branch manager gives the wave of approval.
