I currently bank here and only have visited the clare branch there are a few nice and respectful ladies but there are also a couple rude and disrespectful ones and most the ladies at the counters do not know much about anything I asked them for this reason I will no longer step inside this bank poor customer service i highly recommend going somewhere else
Originally called and got ahold of Brooke, she was not in the department I needed to talk to but she was very helpful in getting me where I needed to go. Worked with Tina for a loan and she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made for an overall good experience.
I came in to set up an account last week and the lady was so rude and aggressive that we walked out. I was so confused because I was tired and quiet, not being rude at all so i just don't understand the blatant rudeness. She was snarky and sarcastic with a nasty hateful smirk the whole time. My boyfriend had an account with them and was so appalled by her attitude that he decided to close his. She told me to go to Huntington so I did and they were incredibly nice and helpful.
We've been members for 19 years. Couldn't ask for better service or kinder, friendlier people!
