Funny how they are open but you try to message them in the app and its saying outside of business hours
There is an older lady that works there that makes feel very uncomfortable everytime I come in. She laughs at me.. Her tone is very rude and she treats me like I’m stupid. She always circles my total like I’m an idiot. I don’t know what I ever did to this lady but everytime I come she’s very snootie and rude to me. I currently bank here and only have visited the clare branch there are a few nice and respectful ladies but there are also a couple rude and disrespectful ones and most the ladies at the counters do not know much about anything I asked them for this reason I will no longer step inside this bank poor customer service i highly recommend going somewhere else
