The Branch Manager was great to work with! She helped us transfer our vehicle loan, got us a better rate, and made the whole process quick and easy. She was always responsive, answered our questions right away, and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!
I am so thankful for all of Christina’s patience and support while I navigated an insurance claim, found a new vehicle and set up a loan that best met my needs. Over the span of several weeks, Christina worked with me through email in order to finalize this loan. With over 40 emails back-and-forth, I’m very happy that we could make something work, especially with limited opportunities to come in person and/or talk over phone.
