I had an incident where someone stole a check in the amount of $2775. They literally took the name of the business off the ckeck and forged their name. Well, MY CREDIT UNION FAMILY got on it right away and my money was refunded within a week. This staff is amazing and you are family at MCU.. Thank you again for the amazing customer service.
