Manager at this location is so helpful and kind.
Michelle really is the GOAT. She knows what she’s talking about and had us in and out with probably less then an hour seated in her office. She gave us a list of what she needed for an auto loan and the second we turned everything over she got to work for us.
I do not recommend this credit union, my money is posted and I can't use my card until 6am, what type of mess is that, i can't even get gas almost ran out on the way home, can't even pay bills until the Am, I am going back to navy federal at least I know with them I will be able to use my card whenever my deposits hit at any time!!!!!
Michelle is dynamic! She runs this office like family. Every time I come into the branch, she has a warm hello and always willing to assist. She is always on point and provides excellent and outstanding services! She deserves the highest recognition this company has to offer (and more money and vacation time too)!
