I grew up with this bank and in the past it has served me well. However the systems are outdated and the convenience of 2025 is unfortunately not this bank in the past few years things have become more difficult being a member of this bank. I have not closed my account due to loyalty 17years but with my latest experience. Im making sure to take time out of my workday to go in and close with the bank completely.
I opened my checking and savings account very close by to where I live. The parking is easy and the service was great. Thank you Maria for Assisting me.

No smiles or eye contact from teller when doing inside transactions. Sad
