I needed a vehicle loan. I went in and was waited on within 5 minutes. Vickie Ray did an excellent job. She was was courteous, polite, and expedient. In less than an hour I my loan was complete and I was on my way with check in hand. Overall it was a great experience.
If there is a place I would recommend it is members credit union in Lenoir NC. I can not express how much of a positive experience I had with Vickie! She was an absolute delight and went above and absolutely beyond in supporting both my wives and my needs. She was upbeat , caring , and patient with us; and provided us with the absolute best advice as we navigated an auto loan as first time buyers.
