Vickey was great to work with again!!! She always goes above and beyond to help her customers and this is greatly appreciated... Been a member for 30+ years and no issues from MEMCU at all.
Went to this location out of convenience since Hickory is the complete opposite way.The staff here should probably stop texting while there is a line of customers. Looking at the phone the entire time until I finally walked out. This location is always a joke.
I have been here several times for loans. always been trated with respect and, dignity. I now have three auto loans and a line of credit loan, Jennifer Young was awesome in assisting my needs.
