I only come in a few times a month, but they always remember my name at MCCU-Isanti 😊 Cassandra and Heather are usually the gals helping me and they are always so friendly, smiling, and helpful. Customer service like that definitely stands out these days!

This credit union recently re-vamped their website with what I can only assume was the goal of making it HARDER and less convenient to pay your loans. Firstly there are two different places to log in - and on my two loans they both have different totals (??) so that's number 1. Secondly, they just started charging $4.95 to make loan payments from my usual bank. So that's $10 down the drain every month that they are trying to take from me.
