The people are so nice that work there...
All of the people are very helpful! They do a great job.
I have been banking with members since 2021 when I moved from Brainerd to aitkin. I have multiple accounts including my business account through them and the customer service and friendliness is fantastic.
I had to stop at the Aitkin Branch and David Williams helped me change all the authorized signatures for our local non profit-he was extremely efficient and professional and made the process very easy!
