A great CU!
Very unprofessional, and spent several minutes gossiping instead of transferring me to someone who could help me. I have had more than one incident with them; this was the final straw!

I went to this bank October the 17th of 2024 Monica Clara and Connie were rude disrespectful among other things I wouldn't want anyone banking there customer service horrible no accountability nor apologies for the behavior
