These people are straight crooks. They start charging overdraft fees 300 dollars before you overdraft. They charge enough to make you overdraft then they charge you more. Stay away from these people. They should be ashamed of themselves
Update to the update. It happened again. They charged me a ton of overdraft fees with more than enough to cove3...there by overdrafting and costing me money. Absolutely crooked. UPDATE: I was just contacted by one of the managers of the customer service department. They did refund me the charges and quickly corrected the issue. She also informed me hat this issue would never happen again and that they were shopping around for new suppliers and help in the loan department. I can’t say how much I appreciate my credit union. Especially Maria Gomez at the Katy Branch she’s been so helpful and patient with me durning these difficult times. I always feel reassured and safe with members choice.
I have been a member of a credit union for over 60 years. I was a board member of a credit union for over 35 years. I feel being a credit union member is in the best interest for everyone. I joined MCCU in 2008 and have been a loyal member ever since. Their staff if very pleasant and are always ready to assist with any of your financial needs. I love my credit union! I've been banking at Members Choice Credit Union, especially the Seven Meadows location, for many years now. The staff, especially management, are amazing. It feels good when your bank gets to know you on a personal level. The banking products and services offered are also excellent and competitive. I will continue to use them for my banking needs, and also highly recommend them to friends and family.
