Terrible experience at this location today! My kids wanted to open their first savings account, so I looked on Google and it said they are open until 3pm on Saturdays. I got off of work at 12:00, drove to get my kids, and got to the credit union at 12:40. There was a new sign on the door that said they close at 1pm on Saturdays. I asked the lady at the desk if we could still come in and open their accounts. She was so rude to me and said it would take about 30 minutes and they closed in 20 minutes. Really?? The staff was friendly and efficient. The branch is by appointment only during the pandemic.

Lucy, the manager, was AMAZING. I had a few (rather large) issues that I needed help with. I went to the Seven Meadows location, but the associate wasn’t able to help and referred me to Lucy. Admittedly, I was pretty stressed and upset about the situation, and I was agitated and short with Lucy when I called. I’m not proud of that, but there it is. She was more patient with me than I deserved. She told me she couldn’t help me without looking into things and that she’d call me back in about an hour. She did just that. In less... read more

Banking experience has gone down significantly. Very poor online system with address mismatches and such.
