Celina at the Katy location gave me wonderful customer service. She also educated me on different programs that MCCU can offer. I highly suggest using this bank.
Mr. Reggie Vener is professional, has a pleasant & very helpful demeanor, and always helps with a smile. What used to be stress-filled bank appointments on my calendar now yield a peace of mind that I will be treated with respect, without a judgemental attitude, and leave me with a sense of personal care. My. Vener is a true blessing for me and definitely deserves the five star rating!
