Amazing experience at this Members Choice branch. Worked with Ms. Daliyah Harrison on several different refinance options for my vehicles. She did an OUTSTANDING job both with explanation and rate competitiveness. I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be returning.
Savannahhhhhhh girlllll!!!! She was so helpful I called 10pm to close and even tho it was a wait she made me feel so welcomed and not like a burden…she even waited on the phone with me while did what I needed to do
I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Member Choice Bank has been an absolute nightmare, and I strongly caution anyone considering them. It started with unsolicited calls offering a "better" refinance deal for my motorbike. They rushed me to sign paperwork without explaining a single term or condition, hiding the details, and then punishing you for their own administrative failures.
