I had an excellent experience opening both my personal and business accounts today. Rapae was patient, professional, warm, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was organized clearly, and he took the time to explain each step without making me feel rushed. As a new business owner, that level of customer service meant a lot to me. The recent experience with service provided by Ramon Nunez was wonderful. He helped make the loan application process as smooth as possible. He was professional and courteous at all times. He communicated in a timely manner and ensured all information pertinent to the process was provided and explained clearly. All staff at this location are always courteous and attentive. Rapae Lollies is the one who helped me out on Good Friday and let me tell you, BEST SERVICE! He is so polite and patience and will go above and beyond to help you. I ended up opening a Checkings, Personal Loan and was able to refinance my car with them. I am so glad I came here. Look no further and come get the help you need at this MCCU!
