Savannahhhhhhh girlllll!!!! She was so helpful I called 10pm to close and even tho it was a wait she made me feel so welcomed and not like a burden…she even waited on the phone with me while did what I needed to do
I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Member Choice Bank has been an absolute nightmare, and I strongly caution anyone considering them. It started with unsolicited calls offering a "better" refinance deal for my motorbike. They rushed me to sign paperwork without explaining a single term or condition, hiding the details, and then punishing you for their own administrative failures. Please don't believe the positive reviews they are lies! I came here hoping to open a bank account as a first time customer. I was excited because of the ratings. 1. I wasn't acknowledged. 2. I had to go the tellet multiple times to ask what's the long wait. One gentleman told me he's "technically on lunch" Their customer service was horrific and 3 separate customers who came after me were seen before me.
