I just left the Katy MCCU location and Rapae L. Made my day! He was very efficient, polite, helpful, and overall just lovely to chat with! If you have to pick a location to go to definitely come here! If you have to deal with a bank why not go to one where the people are nice! I just needed a quick cashiers check and he took care of it very quickly got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! Thanks for the help!

The recent experience with service provided by Ramon Nunez was wonderful. He helped make the loan application process as smooth as possible. He was professional and courteous at all times. He communicated in a timely manner and ensured all information pertinent to the process was provided and explained clearly. All staff at this location are always courteous and attentive. Very pleased with MCCU - Grand Parkway!
