The person that took my deposit had to call me later and ask how much I deposited. Now they are telling me that I owe them money. Incompetence
I usually go inside and there's never a waiting time and everyone is so kind and thoughtful
I cannot say enough about Members Choice Credit Union (MCCU). I served for two decades in the Army and used a multitude of banks and credit unions around the world and across the US. Nothing comes close to MCCU. From online to in person banking to credit card services, MCCU is phenomenal. Me and my daughter were sad when MCCU closed the DTR branch and double sad cause that’s where our girl Payton was the teller at. They are closed too much. ATM doesn’t work half the time. The staff is not that friendly.
