It use to be the nicest place for banking when it was the original ******* ****** ***** with excellent hometown customer service. Now that it is Members Advantage Community Credit Union, it has lost it's personal touch. The new younger tellers are one of the rudest bunch of people I have had to deal with on the phone, at least from the South Burlington branch. Their overdraft policy is run by a bunch of shysters. It’s 4:45 am and I have money in my acct in the Windsor branch. My card is being declined. This is not the first time this has happened it’s becoming a serious problem. I do not recommend useing this credit unoin. And the Windsor Vermont branch staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered . I have been trying to put complaining off for over a year now. But I’ve had enough!
