Started a car loan because it was picked by the dealer and opened an online account with them thinking I'd be able to view and access my loan account. Nothing. It took them nearly 3 weeks after the purchase to have it setup. They were almost unaware of the loan that they themselves had given. Had a small lapse of insurance and they decided to tack on $1650 dollars to the loan for CPI. I was never made aware of this by phone or email, or text. Sent me a letter in the mail, saying they were going to charge me a fee for “lack of activity”…then I call them to close my account and credit cards (which both have no balance) and they refused, saying they can only cancel one, and I have to call back again next week to close the other one. They are full of nonstop nonsense fees, and are one of the least knowledgeable and professional banks I have ever worked with. Had to have my card replaced due to fraud. Great customer service from the lady replacing my card. Positive experience as always after almost 20 years as a member!!
Credit card dispute wait time 45 minutes. This was resolved or so I thought. Received no amount due for two months but just got the same bill again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would 100 percent totally stay away from this company
