My son and I went there to open. His first official account with his first paycheck ever He was so excited. Apparently 12 years ago when he received ssi there was an error of some sort and a balance of 300.00 was charged off. I guess Members 1st in Middletown has no shame and doesn’t care about its members. Reading through the comments doesn’t surprise me. My 13 year old son and I visited this location yesterday about 4:30 pm. Being told previously by the branch manager that I needed to present his savings account card upon every visit.
