My son and I went there to open. His first official account with his first paycheck ever He was so excited. Apparently 12 years ago when he received ssi there was an error of some sort and a balance of 300.00 was charged off. Now I personally have an account there for 25 years now and no one ever said anything about this joint rep payee account. I guess Members 1st in Middletown has no shame and doesn’t care about its members. Reading through the comments doesn’t surprise me. My 13 year old son and I visited this location yesterday about 4:30 pm. Being told previously by the branch manager that I needed to present his savings account card upon every visit. Been with this bank with my kids for over 15 years. Kids over draft an not once was money taken from my account to fix their over drafts. I don't have forgiveness so not enough money in account too bad it works for me . Got married added wife to account she never had to sign anything.. last year step son get account through Members my wife on his account to help manage an do deposit for him.
