I had a frustrating experience here. A new employee was left to run the drive-thru alone on a busy Friday afternoon, which makes no sense. It slowed everything down and even caused customers to back out of the line. On top of that, I handed over a stack of checks in a specific order, and they were rearranged and processed out of order without any communication. Maybe the WORST bank I have ever been a part of. Slow service, awful with loans. Recomend Belco 10 to 1 if you want a credit Union.
