This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any credit union ever. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT ….
Traded a car in at a dealership, cancelled the insurance on the sold car,and I still keep getting threatening letters from them that the sold car payoff payment was never received,but the dealership proved that the payment was sent on 6-9-24,,what.a crock or a. bunch of lies,now they will get their ,,payment by overnight certified mail,plus.this is not first time they said they didn't insurance forms in the past,even though I sent them certified mail
