Wow what a difference under new management
This is my 2nd time going to this branch and each time I get stuck with a very unpleasant women named Lindsey she is extremely rude and unpleasant - very sad that people just trying to use there bank have to deal with her
My husband and I switched to Member's 1st a few months ago and needless to say we are now looking for another change. Member's 1st has HORRIBLE customer service, every staff member tells you something completely off the walls different and half the time it doesn't make sense. We recently had 5 fraudulent transactions on an account THAT WE DO NOT USE EVER and they were no help at all. It took multiple calls, a trip to the branch, and then more calls to get it resolved.
