Bad service
If you bank with USAA at least this ATM will give you problems. Go across the parking lot to the Santander ATM. We’ve tried using the ATM in the drive through several times over the years. Sometimes we pull up and it’s just plain out of order. Very few times it works after a lot of menus and prompts. Usually like today it thinks and then says something like “contact financial institution “ or card issuer, or something else. It’s not the card, my pin, or the bank.
