I needed a new card, and they were able to make it for me on the spot! They were polite, courteous, and quick!

I used their ATM to withdraw $60 and paid the $3.50 service fee. When I asked to change the $20(s) for $1(s), I was told they would not help me unless I had an account. Why would I want an account with an institution that readily takes your money, but then does not want to provide service unless they might get more money? I am not surprised their overall rating is barely 3 stars. I am surprised by this sort of treatment from a credit union. 2024 Update: Member's First did try to make positive changes. As such I have raised my rating. Original review: I applied for a HELOC with this bank a year ago and was repeated denied despite being qualified on the basis of income. When I challenged their decision on the basis of discrimination, my loan was reviewed again and Members 1st admitted they made a mistake. My loan was approved and funded. It's tragic that it takes such an approach to get the bank's attention. Fast-forward a year. I'm trying to pay down on the loan... read more
