I was caught in a real financial bind paying multiple late fees from Members 1st banking. I told the teller Tyler about my situation and she told her manager Amber. Amber was so kind because she removed multiple late fees and returned that money to my account. They don’t know how much their kindness meant to me!! Chris
Visited branch around 1pm on a Friday - not holiday weekend. The inside tellers were comfortably busy, the drive through had lines in both lanes. Most important to me: the teller was pleasant, helped me with additional questions, and another employee also happy to help when needed.They all did a fine job. Was a bit warm in there.
