What is the point of an appointment if I’m going to be waiting for an entire hour past plus some???
I needed a new card, and they were able to make it for me on the spot! They were polite, courteous, and quick!
I used their ATM to withdraw $60 and paid the $3.50 service fee. When I asked to change the $20(s) for $1(s), I was told they would not help me unless I had an account. Why would I want an account with an institution that readily takes your money, but then does not want to provide service unless they might get more money? I am not surprised their overall rating is barely 3 stars. I am surprised by this sort of treatment from a credit union.
