Idk who they keep hiring at this branch, but they’re awful. They all lack customer service integrity, & have zero value for the people who bank with them. I’m moving my funds out immediately into a HYSA. I’ve been banking with these institution for over 11 years, I’m a gold member, & have fully paid or 3 vehicles with them. No late payments. They are a good bank to use and maria did a great job with customer service she was very professional and fast with the process.
I’ve been dealing with Members 1st for years. When I was having problems because of car insurance company coverage that was being financed by Members 1St, the loan division bent over backwards to help me.
