I was helped by Joseph J Crockett on a car loan and he was very nice and helpful, so was everybody else at the bank. I highly recommend this bank.
I went to this Bank to set up auto payment. Apparently they didn't know if they were doing. My first auto loan payment got a late fee. I get different stories from different branches of this bank. Never in my life have I got a late fee before. And apparently it's my fault and they won't fix it
Joe is a very fun and very kind person—excellent customer service.
I came into the exeter branch today concerned about a text message and email I was sent stating that someone had attempted to access my account. I called the phone number I was given in the email and followed all the prompts, at the end an automated recording told me that my card was canceled. Since it was early in the morning I still did not feel comfortable not talking to a person.
