Market Plaza office, Upper Allen Township. We recently had exceptional service from Cassandra who spotted a fraud attempt and immediately directed us to the office of Trish Williams. Trish took all the necessary steps to alleviate the situation. Further, follow up actions were processed by Trish immediately. We can't say enough about the excellent, responsive service provided by the branch employees mentioned. Thank you!!! Also Hunter from the Fraud department provided the necessary procedures to follow.
I had the pleasure today of being helped by Tyler Williams. I cannot say enough about Ms. Williams. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude were a breath of fresh air. I wish more people whose business is to help others would be more like Ms. Williams. Any company would be lucky to have this incredible young lady. And she resolved all my concerns. She is just awesome.
We were having trouble with a loan with Huntington, and Martin Littleton helped us so much. He made everything clear, walked us through the process, and made sure we were good. He was awesome.
