As always, Martin was tremendous. His energy, manners, professionalism, sharp wit and effective communication were top drawer. He is natural teacher amongst his peers.
I wanted to give a shout out to Martin Littleton who works as a banker at this branch. He is an epitome of efficiency and takes the extra effort to understand and fix customer issues. He always tries to identify the root cause of the situation and provide permanent and effective solution working with other members of the back office. We had multiple occasions where he went above and beyond so provide the best customer service in timely manner.
We needed to add a name to an existing car loan account and were told at one branch that we couldn't do it without reapplying for the loan. Because of availability, we went to another branch at Cumberland Parkway to open a new account. We met with Ky T. there and she was able to add me to the current account. She saved us having to deal with a separate account, got us set up with a checking account, linked the account for automatic payment for the car loan and even assisted with the paperwork we needed to do a payroll deposi... read more
Had some trouble logging into my account, went in and the lady at the desk was helpful. She directed me to Martin Littleton. Martin is an absolute customer service/banking machine. He made me feel very comfortable and got my issue resolved quickly. Martin is really good at his job and hopefully I have him next time I need help!
Attention all Veterans and Marines. Im very disappointed, to say the least. 40 years with this organization and it has become complacent with high late fees and other frivolous charges. I requested a months ago to get my account closed, and to date, there was no response. I was told that they would forward documents and documents were never received.
