Had some trouble logging into my account, went in and the lady at the desk was helpful. She directed me to Martin Littleton. Martin is an absolute customer service/banking machine. He made me feel very comfortable and got my issue resolved quickly. Martin is really good at his job and hopefully I have him next time I need help!
Attention all Veterans and Marines. Im very disappointed, to say the least. 40 years with this organization and it has become complacent with high late fees and other frivolous charges. I requested a months ago to get my account closed, and to date, there was no response. I was told that they would forward documents and documents were never received. Just deposited a third-party company check and have to wait six business days for it to clear if that’s good then it’s good credit union typically Banks let it clear in 2 to 3 days
Our Member’s 1st branch is the Market Plaza Branch due to an outstanding Member Service Representative II by the name of Martin Littleton. In December 2024 our bank account and credit cards were hacked and compromised. Needless to say, this was very stressful! I live 1.5 miles from the Dillsburg branch but they’ve continually made mistakes over the years and in particular they fouled up 2 of the las 3 CD plans I put into place, so now I literally drive pass their building and travel another 4 miles away to the Market Way Mechbrg branch because I have more confidence in this branch. In particular I dealt with Martin Littleton on matters dealing with very large sums of money and I was satisfied and confident in his work.
