This branch is the worse. If I could give a big fat 0 I would. Why in the world would you have 1 teller on in drive thru but both lanes open. We r still in line after 25 minutes. Why!?
Overall , we had a very pleasant and delightful experience with our helloc loan from Members 1st. It was pretty much all online and by phone until the very end, when we went to our local branch to sign the actual documents. We dealt with Jen who helped us with the signing of the documents and she explained and answered all our questions in detail. Great customer service. Also a shout out to the branch manager Lindsey...thanks for the swag! Summary: Deal with these people...it's all good 👍
Worst AI phone support in the history of all AI phone support EvEr! Just spoke with the same guy that misdirected me this morning. Just want a pin set up on a debit card. Been at this branch for 35 years. And they tell me I need a to create a new account. What a circus show. So aggravated. Where did the bald guy go that used to eat ice cream. He knew how to treat a customer.
About half a brain cell between the workers and services.
