Im livid I tried calling to figure out how to pay for my loan that they have yet to send me a bill in the mail on and because I am not on the loan directly but but my husband is yet I am on the account but they refused to help me figure out. Awful customer service. Side note we have been members for years how many times does he need to call you and tell you that I can pay you on a loan. POINT BLANK STUPID!
Lindsey, Jen, Cody and entire crew are the BEST in the biz…. You can’t blame the branch for wait lines in the drive-through. People come through the drive-through, want to do 30 transactions and on top of that forget to sign half the things they bring. Not a fair to give a one star review. .
Emonie assisted us in a transaction today and was extremely knowledgeable, proficient and very nice to work with. In addition, she took the time to help this old lady change my password by sending me a link in my email to easily complete it. THIS is customer service! Thank you!
