Worst AI phone support in the history of all AI phone support EvEr! Just spoke with the same guy that misdirected me this morning. Just want a pin set up on a debit card. Been at this branch for 35 years. And they tell me I need a to create a new account. What a circus show. So aggravated. Where did the bald guy go that used to eat ice cream. He knew how to treat a customer.

2023 Lately this branch has been awful in their drive through service. Even when I was one of just two cars in line I waited about ten minutes to get taken care of. No customer service, the only communications from the teller was finally asking what I wanted done. Nothing else, no have a nice day... not the service I have come to expect from this bank. I have turned my car off while waiting it took so long. I expect better. * They have since improved with the drive through service since my last review so I am giving a couple... read more
