There's no doubt this institution tries to fleece its customers. I financed a car with them, and they're demanding proof of insurance every month. If I don't send it every month, they force me to take out an extremely expensive policy. They're the worst company you'll ever meet for car financing.
I am writing to recognize Paula for her exceptional service. She assisted me in opening a new account and took the time to educate me on features of the checking account. Paula went above and beyond by helping me set up my online banking and direct deposit and she even walked me through the process of setting up my pin on the mobile app. She was professional pleasant and addressed all of my needs efficiently. This company has terrible customer service. Makes it so difficult just so pay bills that YOU are trying to pay them. Do not recommend, many people had the same exact experience.
