Usually a good experience with familiar faces working, but the last time I went in 08/25 the girl at the front desk was newer and could hardly answer any of my questions, and didn’t ask a colleague to simply double check. I don’t mind new employees that may be unaware of things, but she was lazy to not ask herself to find out for both the customer and her own knowledge, and a bit rude too. Some of the best members 1st employees I have ever encountered, any problems just ask and they will solve it. I will continue business here frequently. 10/10 service.
I will start with saying I have been with members first for 10+ years and I have had direct deposit every 2 weeks with them for the same period of time. Today on my way home from work I stopped at the gas station to get gas for the rest of the week only to see my card had declined. I checked my account and had plenty of money to fill my tank multiple times in my checking account.
