Myself and my roommate have the same banking system. Same income. And same income tax check. Hers clears immediately and mine is on a 1 day hold. When i call the hotline they yell me it's cashier's digression. Wtf is that? So some random teenager gets to choose wether my money is available or not? It's a federal check you numbskull.... Poor branch
This branch manager asked for my debit cards when I requested to close the account after being wrongfully charged two overdraft fees. Not only did she tell me it "is at their discretion" but she was rude and would not close the account until I handed her my card. Is that even legal??
