I've called several times about getting a mortgage through members first not only do they no longer have a local number but everything is now done through there corporate office...I was told they would call me back within 48 hours still nothing. Members first has fallen a long way from the good customer service they once had.
I go to the Millersville branch. EVERYONE there is so friendly, helpful, and professional.
Terrible human beings. I had overdraft protection on my business account and when a couple bills came out of the checking account, they also did overdraft and fees on my savings account. I was negative $404 and 2 weeks later (during this holiday season) my account was closed and sent to creditors. This is all over $202. Merry Christmas to me.
Everyone there was friendly and they answered my questions very prompt and correctly. I was really 👍 impressed.
